Q. What network does the sim need to be?
A. We recommend O2 PAYG as that is the only network that will be running 2G after 2024. Customer needs to specify 2G when ordering the SIM.
Q. Can I send a text?
A. Yes, you can program it to send a text, make a call or both.
Q. Once all programmed numbers are called, if no one answers will it start again?
A. No, if no one answers it will reset and wait for another activation.
Q. How do I stop it ringing the next number?
A. Press the * or # key on the mobile phone.
Q. Can I change the date/time?
A. No, the date & time are set by the SIM network.
Q. How do I switch on/off the lights for a zone?
A. Press the zone button, (for the required zone), multiple times until only the amber LED is on.
Q. How do I switch on/off the audible tone for a zone? A
A. Press the zone button, (for the required zone), multiple times until the red LED is on/off.
Q. How do I set the system so only the lights come on if someone enters my garden?
A. Press all the zone buttons so only the green LED is on above each zone.
