On the occasional times over the years when I have needed technical support for your products, Gary has proved to be a substantial asset to your company in these times.

Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for him. He always gets back to you very quickly if he hasn’t managed to take the call, which from an engineer’s point of view is the number one priority as its usually on site that the calls are made. Even on a Saturday and evenings Gary has helped me out no-end.

Gary is a credit to the security industry, and I only wish more technical supports could be like him.
